I arrived at Andaluz Birth Center just after Amy entered the birth tub. The moment I walked through the door, I felt a calm, strong energy emanating from her, as she confidently labored in the water. We had never met in person until this moment, but it felt like we had known each other for a long time. Her strength and beauty held such a strong force within the room, as we all watched on in awe and amazement.
They have two little boys, and did not find out the sex of their third child. The moment she discovered they now had a little girl was a magical moment to witness. I drove away from this birth with the most amazing natural high, and a sense that for that brief moment in time, everything fell into place just as it should.
