Years ago I heard this saying in a meditation and felt like I finally knew how to describe my work.

I capture the quiet simplicity of what is real.

A lifelong Portlander and single mama of two boys (see more of them here), I love small quiet moments, messy kitchens, lived-in bedrooms, and perfectly misplaced objects.

I bring a sense of calm to sessions so clients feel comfortable being their most honest, artistic, authentic selves.

My awe of the world increases every time I take photographs. I would be honored to capture your beautiful life.
And yes! Even (and especially) if it is messy and imperfect. Promise.
